Buying Numbers (Sales vs Marketplace)

You can acquire Degenphone numbers through two methods: direct sales (minting) or secondary marketplace purchases. Each method has different processes and considerations.

1. Direct Sales (Minting)

Direct sales happen when Degenphone releases new numbers in batches. These are primary market purchases where you mint fresh numbers directly from the project.

How Sales Work:

Sales are announced on official channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord) with specific dates and times. Each sale has defined parameters including number of NFTs available, pricing structure, and duration.

1. Secondary Marketplace

The marketplace at degenphone.xyz/market lets you buy numbers that other users are selling. These are secondary market purchases of already-minted numbers.

How Marketplace Works:

Browse available numbers using filters for rarity, price, origin (Fresh vs Recycled), and other attributes. Each listing shows the number, rarity tier, price, and seller information.

Click any number to see detailed information including full digit sequence, pattern type, and verification history. Use the verification tool to check if Recycled numbers have registration history.

When you find a number you want, click "Buy Now" and approve the transaction in your wallet. The NFT transfers to your wallet immediately after blockchain confirmation. The seller receives payment minus marketplace fees.
